It is my pleasure to recommend Daniel Okoye for your master's programme in Mechanical Engineering. I have taught Daniel in three courses and supervised his final-year project, and he is among the most capable students I have worked with in twelve years.
Daniel's project, a low-cost water pump for small farms, combined careful analysis with real practical sense. He built and tested four prototypes, and his final design is now being trialled by a local cooperative.
