New hybrid working schedule from 1 October
From 1 October, every team will be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and free to work from home or the office on the other days.
We're making this change after the staff survey in June, where most of you asked for set days together and more flexibility the rest of the week.
What this means for you
• Book a desk for Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office app by Friday each week
• Team meetings move to the in-office days
• Core hours stay 10 AM – 4 PM on every day
• Talk to your manager about any personal arrangements
